I found Pat online when I was looking for a rental in Bowie. I had briefly worked with a few agents prior, and he was hands down the most responsive and knowledgeable agent I've come across. There wasn't much to choose from, but he contacted me as soon as a home hit the market so I could get my application in on time. I feel like I would still be looking for home if I never came across him. Being in the military, I move a lot so it is nice to have him as my go-to Maryland realtor.
