I will definitely be using Pat again! He was patient and worked with me for over a year until I was finally comfortable to buy my first home. He was easily accessible whenever I had any questions. This was my first time selling a property so I had no clue of what to expect. I was also on short notice because my job was transferring me out of state. I basically left the house and keys with Pat and he took care of the rest. He sold my home in a slow moving neighborhood for a higher price than expected, and he coordinated settlement so that I didn't have to travel back to MD. All the proceeds were wired to my account that day. It was a great experience, and he was worth every dollar!

Pat is extremely patient and kind. He helped us purchase new construction, and explained every detail throughout the 6 month process. From the very beginning he told us it was important to have his representation, especially with a builder since they only represent the seller's best interest.
