The real estate process should be stressful, but our experience was easy and fun with Pat as our realtor! He is very professional but has a great personality and sense of humor that kept us laughing and upbeat throughout the whole process. Pat helped us sell our old home and buy our new home, and the timing of these two events can be tricky. We ended up putting an offer on our new home before listing our old home for sale. This made us nervous, but thanks to Pat's knowledge of our neighborhood and the local market conditions, as well as his amazing marketing and presentation of our home, we received a FULL PRICE OFFER on our home the FIRST DAY it was on the market! Pat also suggested requesting additional $$ over the purchase price since the offer was made on the first day and thanks to his negotiating skills, the buyers agreed! During the search for our new home, Pat had a full understanding of our needs and only showed us homes that were a good fit for our family. His knowledge of the real estate market and our needs made the process easy and exciting. On the first (and only) home we put a contract on, Pat negotiated a purchase price that was significantly less than the home's appraisal value and negotiated an additional 3% assistance in closing costs! He also convinced the seller to fix nearly all of the repairs identified during the home inspection, many of which we would never requested to be repaired without his help. We were so lucky to have Pat as our realtor and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
