Hard to really put into words just how much my wife and I appreciate the work Patrick Mccarthy has done for us. Our home search was on and off for over two years, but Patrick stuck with us. During that period, we must have come to him no less than 4 times to fire up the house search, and every time, without hesitation, he set up viewings. Eventually, the process came to an end, and we found the perfect home for our family. We just moved in, and as first-time home-buyers, we have lots of questions. Pat helped us sell our house in Oct of this year. He was always available and very knowledgeable on any of the questions we had for him. Walked us through step by step on all the ins and outs of selling our house. Also we listed and closed on selling in about 5 weeks. I will recommend him to anyone I know who has and realtor needs in the future.

Pat was very savvy and honest regarding the market and availability of housing in our price range and requirements. He was generous and forthright in sharing his expertise. He made us feel that he cared about our hopes and fears and guided us to our miracle house.

As a first time home buyer, I had a bunch of questions and concerns throughout the process. Pat took the time to explain things thoroughly and made sure i understood everything that was going on' which made the entire process quick and painless. It was easy to tell he had great knowledge of the market and was able to put me into a home that fits perfectly for me and my other half.

I had decided to sell my home on my own but when I listed I was not getting a lot of foot traffic, however I was receiving a lot of phone calls from a variety of realtors (annoying and rude) asking me to list with them and other annoying phone calls like “Buy your home for cash”. I was getting pretty agitated with those phone calls except from Patrick McCarthy, who called saying that he had potential buyers that would like to come and see my home. The way he spoke to me was a breath of fresh air (articulate, respectful, knowledgeable) then what I had been receiving. He was professional, straight up, and very enjoyable to speak with. A couple of days passed, and I had been contemplating getting a realtor since I was not having any luck and the first person I thought of was Patrick and our phone conversation, so I called him up and asked him to represent me. Patrick came by my home to provide recommendations and to provide insight into his strategic marketing plans, which all ended up being spot on. After a few minor recommendations per his request, my property was ready to list again, under his name. He started advertising on Friday, I had a full day of traffic both on that following Saturday and Sunday, on Tuesday I had 2 offers! The process throughout; Inspection, repairs, finding trusted contractors and electricians for those repairs, went very smoothly with no issues. All this due to the people that he provided, all of them were fair and honest, just like Patrick. During my time with him, he was my champion and had my best interest throughout. We closed 38 days after the offer was accepted! When I sell the current home that I am living in, I will definitely have Patrick as my realtor and I will be sending my friends his name and contact information to buy or sell! In my book, he is the best realtor to have period! If I could give him a 10 across the board, especially Negotiation skills, I would.

Patrick sold my home within a week for more money than I asked. He also helped me upgrade the house in Maryland while I lived in florida, recommending contract or and accepting deliveries. His pictires, videos and brochures were phenomenal. His communication skills are fantastic, keeping me informed several times a day.

Pat was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process of selling and buying our home. He got us top dollar and was very responsive! He had our best interests in mind.

One of the things that impressed me about Patrick was his immediate response to my messages (whether it was by text or email). Also, he listened to my wishes (must haves verses the wish list). Plus, most importantly, he was fun, He had a sense of humor and made the process painless and enjoyable.
