Pat was great to work with while selling our Townhome. What impressed me the most was his knowledge and skill in marketing our home in the digital space. Pat is a fantastic real estate agent! As first time home buyers, we wanted an agent who was knowledgeable, approachable, and available; Pat was all that and more. We had already visited our future home when we decided we needed to find a buyer’s agent. Pat immediately got back to us and made us feel like his most important client. And after we engaged him he immediately went out to look at the house on his own to help us develop a bidding strategy. Pat negotiated very hard on our behalf, getting us a great deal on the home. He also was very helpful during the inspection phase, helping to answer our questions and identify issues needing correction. Pat made the whole experience very low stress; we highly recommend him!

Pat was easy to work with. His easy going personality, and marketing package were very impressive, and as such, my house sold in less than 3 weeks after putting it on the market. Our family has worked with Pat twice now, first in the purchase of our home & again when we decided sell. Both times we were in the processing of moving across the country from one coast to the other. Being a military family & having to make such big moves is enough stress in itself. Pat made sure everything was smooth sailing, he kept us updated, answered any & all questions we had when both buying & selling.
